Joel Knoop , a Detroit Cinematographer, provided video production services to Flixpoint Productions and Echelon Front to digitally capture Extreme Ownership Muster 001. The Muster took place in San Diego, CA in October of 2016.
The Muster was a gathering of business leaders to learn leadership principles as taught by Navy SEAL commandos Jocko Willink and Leif Babin.
Leif and Jocko are battle hardened warriors who fought in Ramadi Iraq during the Iraq war. The work that their team did helped to free the region of Al Qaeda insurgents. Since their combat experienced, Babin and Willink created a company called Echelon Front. Echelon Front specializes in teaching leadership principles to business leaders in corporate America. The two also authored the New York Times Best Seller “Extreme Ownership: How U.S. Navy SEALS Lead and Win”. The book delves deep into leadership principles learned on the battlefield and applies them to life and business.
“Discipline Equals Freedom” can be often heard on Jocko’s weekly podcast co-hosted by San Diego Video Producer, Cinematographer and Flixpoint founder Echo Charles. Videos of the podcast, released weekly, can be seen on their YouTube channel.
